Teaching Assistant and After school Club Assistant

Hours:

12:50 pm - 6:00 pm (Mon-Thu), 12:50 pm - 5:00 pm (Fri)

Contract:

Fixed Term (with potential for permanent)

Location:

Welwyn Garden City (AL7 postcode area)

12:50 pm - 3:10 pm

Working alongside teachers to provide high-quality learning support. This can involve one-to-one assistance, small group work, or whole-class support, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their best.

3:10 pm - 6:00 pm (Mon-Thu); 5:00 pm on Fridays

Supervising and engaging pupils in a safe, fun, and stimulating environment at the end of the school day.

• A nurturing and positive approach to working with children.
• Imaginative, enthusiastic, and hardworking, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Childcare qualifications or relevant experience.
• Adequate subject knowledge of the primary curriculum.
