** Business Partnering
** group. Your focus is simple yet vital: enable greater customer centricity. You will be the "bridge" between our Global Procurement network and
** Product Development** (our late-stage R&D and Clinical Development organization).
**** As a Senior Partnering Manager, you provide seamless access to procurement expertise, regardless of the spend category. You will collaborate across Chapters, networks, and technical teams to ensure that our R&D experts have exactly what they need to deliver medical breakthroughs.

* **** Customer Domain Expert:
** Act as the primary contact for Product Development, gathering business insights to improve the end-to-end procurement experience.**
* **** Strategy Developer:
** Drive tactical business plans and secure sponsorship for procurement services tailored specifically to R&D needs.**
* **** Procurement Ambassador:
** Simplify and optimize the customer journey, advocating for adoption and compliance while identifying new value-creation opportunities.**
* **** Agile Contributor:
** Work flexibly across squads and project teams to deliver both foundational and project-based work.**##
**** Who You Are

** University degree (Business or Life Sciences preferred).**

* Experience:

** Extensive level of multi-category procurement, sales, or customer management leadership within a matrix organization.**
