Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on) – we can assist with this after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
