Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

TC Hafford Basement Systems is the region's trusted expert in basement waterproofing and foundation repair. We are growing and seeking a reliable, upbeat, and fast-paced Receptionist to join our Wells, Maine office team.

In this phone-based role, you will be the friendly, professional voice that customers and partners hear first. Your job is to answer calls quickly and cheerfully, forwarding them accurately with no delays or confusion.

• Answer all incoming calls promptly with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Quickly and accurately direct calls to the correct team member or department.
• Assist with occasional outbound calls or follow-ups.

• 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience.
• Friendly and clear phone presence.
• Familiarity with office software and multi-line phone systems (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable, consistent on-site attendance.
• Ability to sit at a desk and remain focused for an 8-hour workday.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
