The House in the Wells is a male harm reduction hostel accommodation giving support and care for up to 24 homeless men with addiction issues and is situated close to the city centre of Derry~Londonderry. The House in the Wells provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a relevant qualification equivalent to QCF level 2
• At least one year’s experience formal or informal working with homeless individuals and/or individuals who suffer addiction problems in a community or residential setting
• At least two years’ experience formal or informal working with homeless individuals and/or individuals who suffer addiction problems in a community or residential setting (alternative)
• Must be currently registered with NISCC or must achieve registration within 6 months if new to the sector

Computer literacy:

Be able to demonstrate an adequate level of computer literacy
