This role could be ideal if you:

Have experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people

Are keen to step up into a classroom leadership role with structured support

Are confident (or developing confidence) supervising whole classes

Can deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment

Are adaptable and happy to cover a range of subjects across KS3–KS4
