Wellington Health & Fitness Club is a lively, friendly place where people of all ages come together to enjoy sport, fitness and wellbeing. As part of Wellington College Services (WCS), we welcome pupils, staff, members and local families, creating a warm community where everyone feels supported. Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, with train and bus links providing easy access to transport connections, the Club offers high-quality facilities and a team who genuinely care about what they do.

We are looking for a Water Helper to join our Swim School team and play an important part in helping young children grow in confidence in the water. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and feels comfortable in a pool environment. Working alongside our Level 2 Swimming Teachers, you will spend time in the water encouraging early swimmers, helping them feel safe, and supporting them as they learn new skills.

Your positive attitude and reassurance will make a real difference to their experience.

• Assist with day-to-day tasks that keep the Swim School running smoothly, such as setting up for lessons and organising equipment.
• Support early swimmers in the pool environment, helping them feel safe and confident as they learn new skills.
• Help make the pool area welcoming for families and contribute to a professional leisure environment.

• Enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys being part of an energetic community.
• Comfortable working with children and in a pool setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Wellington Health & Fitness Club (part of Wellington College Services — WCS) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
