The Counter Sales position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This person generates sales while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service. Also involved in processing customer orders and inquiries, receiving material, maintaining showroom/warehouse organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. Works with other branches to ensure customers across the network receive a consistently high level of service.

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
• Receiving warehouse material.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Assist with customer deliveries when needed.
