Seeking high customer service-oriented individuals to join our White Horse Catering Department.

We have a high need for seasonal:

• Bussers - where you will be responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing or resetting tables.

• Prepares dining areas before guests are seated.
• Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, and flowers.
• Places tableware and condiments on tables.
• Serves water, bread, and appetizers.
• Refills beverages and take orders.
• Removes dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
• Cleans and resets tables after guests leave.
• Maintains health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to follow safety rules and guidelines throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale system.

• Must be at least sixteen years old (at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages).
• Previous experience as a banquet server or server preferred.

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
