We are looking for versatile Front of the House Team Members to work as Cashiers, Guest Service Associates, and Drive-Thru staff.

All FOH Team Members must prioritize guest hospitality, ensuring guests are served quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that encourages return visits. Responsibilities include taking orders on the POS, handling payments, executing speed and accuracy in the Drive-Thru, and providing excellent service in the Dining Room.

Our Team Members enjoy being part of a team and taking care of people while following all PDQ policies and procedures. We value fun, teamwork, and magnetic personalities.

Requirements:

• Excellent guest service skills
• Minimum age of 16
• Availability for 4-8 hour shifts between 9 am and 10 pm
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends
• Cash handling skills for taking payments and giving change
• Fast and accurate ticket reading
• Strong organizational skills, especially for drive-thru
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to connect with guests and deliver on our purpose—delighting guests
• Commitment to menu and service training
• Positive communication with team members, management, and guests
