Program Manager – Day Shift
This opportunity is full‑time at 40 hours per week with a flex schedule available, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule.
ResponsibilitiesThe Program Manager, Environment of Care and Emergency Management is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of programs that ensure a safe, compliant, and prepared healthcare environment across the Palm Beach Market. This role integrates responsibilities and coordination across Emergency Management and Hazardous Waste Management functions. The Program Manager will lead the Environment of Care Committee, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including The Joint Commission, CMS and AHCA standards.
In addition, the Program Manager provides support to the Directors of Plant Operations (DPOs) with the oversight of construction projects and ensures that Life Safety Measures are met and documented appropriately. The position also oversees the Security Program at both facilities.

- Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Emergency Management or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
- Master's degree from an accredited educational institution preferred.
- Experience
- 3‑5 years of experience with Emergency Management and Environmental of Care in a Healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Positive attitude, demonstrated collaborative competencies, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to foster an environment of teamwork, build strong working relationships, and mentor direct reports.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- License / Certification
- CHEP or CHSP required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Travel Requirements
- Regular travel between hospitals required. This is not a remote position.
