Overview
Full-time RN position at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL. Applicants must hold an active RN license. The position is 40 hours per week, day shift, offering full benefits.
Responsibilities- Participate in the clinical information system team as a liaison for implementation, support, and maintenance of all clinical information system components.
- Provide ongoing education to facility employees and physicians, including problem tracking, resolution, and enhancement requests.
- Actively participate in system testing, workflow redesign, and change management initiatives.
- Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement of clinical information systems.
- Current RN license.
- Direct patient care experience preferred.
- Extensive working knowledge of clinical information systems (Cerner preferred) and progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Minimum of three years of information services or super-user experience.
- Ability to work with end users to determine software specifications, hardware requirements, and process improvement workflows.
- Comfortable interacting with physicians and clinicians at all levels.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required.
- Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibits leadership experience.
- Clinical knowledge required; appropriate licensure.
