This is a full‑time clinical educator position for a Registered Nurse (RN) at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL. The role offers a 40‑hour week, full benefits, and a day shift schedule.

ResponsibilitiesAssume responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs for staff across the hospital. These programs are developed in collaboration with the Staff Development Director and area directors, aligned with organizational goals, policies, regulations, and performance improvement initiatives. The Clinical Educator also assists in clinical placement of students and reports to the Staff Development Director.
Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS provider, instructor certification within 6 months of hire
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Educator in an acute care setting
- Telemetry and Critical Care experience preferred
- BSN required; MSN preferred
