About the RoleWeāre on the lookout for a detail-loving, team-leading Housekeeping Supervisor to help keep our hostel looking its best. Youāll lead by example, support the housekeeping crew, and make sure every room, common area, and corner of the hostel is clean, comfy, and guest-ready.
What Youāll Be Doing- Supervising the housekeeping team and daily cleaning operations
- Training new team members and maintaining high standards
- Inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure everythingās spotless
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Supporting the team on the floor when needed
- Helping create a positive, respectful, and fun team culture
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Working closely with the management team to keep things running smoothly
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
- A sharp eye for detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in when needed
- A passion for creating welcoming, well-kept spaces for guests
