Position: PROGRAM MANAGER OF ENVIRONMENT OF CARE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Overview

Program Manager
- Day Shift. This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week with a flex schedule available, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager, Environment of Care and Emergency Management is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of programs that ensure a safe, compliant, and prepared healthcare environment across the Palm Beach Market. This role integrates responsibilities and coordination across Emergency Management, Hazardous Waste Management functions. The Program Manager, Environment of Care and Emergency Management will lead the Environment of Care Committee, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including The Joint Commission, CMS and AHCA standards.

In addition, the Program Manager, Environment of Care and Emergency Management provides support to the Directors of Plant Operations (DPOs) with the oversight of construction projects and ensuring that Life Safety Measures are met and documented appropriately. In addition, this position will oversee the Security Program at both facilities.
