Our award‑winning Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with meaningful experience, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to work on impactful projects that will help create a renewable energy future for Aotearoa. Our Graduate Programme starts in February 2026. It’s an 18‑month rotational programme where you’ll experience different areas with the business unit you’ll be working in. At the end of the programme, you will transition into a permanent role within the business.
