Sales Administrator

My client is an independent team of nine, serving a mostly South‑East client base, built around a deeply service‑oriented ethos. This full‑time position offers a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, along with bonus opportunities, making it an exciting role for someone seeking stability and growth.

In this role, you’ll process sales orders via phone and email, entering them accurately into internal software systems and coordinating with purchasing, accounts, and stores to ensure smooth order fulfilment. You’ll handle incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide clear information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules. You’ll support sales growth by following up leads, making outbound calls and emails, and keeping the CRM system fully updated.

Building strong customer relationships will be key, whether greeting visitors, resolving queries, or following up quotations to identify opportunities for upselling.

The role also includes monitoring online stock levels, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, tracking shipments, and assisting with warranty claims, courier insurance claims, remote collections, and general office administration.
