Telford Teaching Assistants (TA)
Position: Day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term placements
Pay: £79.37 £ 90.77 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Supply Register is proud to work in partnership with local schools to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for schools in Telford
. As part of our exclusive talent pool, you will have the opportunity to support students across both primary and secondary settings on a flexible basis.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students in the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students to stay focused and engaged in their learning.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Support students emotional and pastoral well-being when required.
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
- Report any concerns to the appropriate school staff.
- Experience:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role is desirable. - Enhanced DBS:
Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply). - Passion for
Education:
A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development. - Communication
Skills:
Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. - Organisational
Skills:
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy school environment.
