They are now looking to welcome a Sales Administrator to their Wellington office in a full-time, office-based position, offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, alongside attractive bonus opportunities.

The Role

* Receive and process sales orders via phone and email

* Ensure all order information is fully completed and correctly recorded within internal systems

* Coordinate with purchasing, accounts and stores to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

* Share responsibility for answering incoming calls and responding appropriately

* Handle customer enquiries and provide clear information on products, pricing and delivery schedules

* Follow up leads and quotations to support sales growth and identify upselling opportunities

* Maintain and update the CRM system accurately

* Monitor online stock levels and raise purchase orders as required

* Liaise with suppliers and track shipments

* Assist with warranty claims, courier insurance claims and remote collections

* Support general office administration

About You

* Excellent communicator

* Strong attention to detail

* Confident using computer systems

* Organised and able to manage a varied, fast-paced workload

* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
