HGV Class 1 Driver

Apply today to work as an HGV Class 1 Driver for our client in Burton Latimer, one of the biggest names within the HGV industry. With the latest vehicles on the market, this gives you the best HGV experience and a top‑range vehicle to work with!

£15.62 – £20.53 per hour, paid weekly.

Full‑time shifts: 4 on / 4 off, starting between 3:00–11:00 am or 3:00–10:00 pm.

• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of PPE and adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, DCPC & Tacho cards.
• Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points on the licence and no DD/DR Code convictions.
• Ability to comply with on‑site health and safety requirements and driver’s hours/WTD legislation.
