** Manage flavor development projects by creating and refining innovative food and beverage formulations. Coordinate technical development activities while aligning customer requirements with insights from the sales team. Support the end-to-end development process by maintaining accurate formulation records, evaluating prototypes, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration within the Bakery, Bars & Confectionery design team.###
** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Develop and prepare flavored food prototypes across bakery, confectionery, cereals, and snack applications.
* Manage flavor and formulation projects from concept through prototype delivery.
* Taste, evaluate, and benchmark laboratory prototypes and global market products.
* Translate customer briefs and sales feedback into technical flavor solutions.
* Maintain accurate formulation records and application documentation.
* Support technical coordination between innovation, sales, and production teams.
* Manage raw materials, product stock, and laboratory supplies.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.###
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Currently pursuing or holding a food-related, scientific, or equivalent qualification.
* Foundational knowledge of food ingredients, flavor systems, or food applications.
* Strong attention to detail with good numerical and computer skills.
* Comfortable working hands-on in a kitchen or laboratory environment.
* Ability to follow processes while thinking creatively.
* Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Previous hands-on experience in food development, labs, or kitchens.
* Confidence in tasting, sensory evaluation, and documenting feedback.
