Impact Recruitment are working on behalf of a reputable precision engineering manufacturer who are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Miller on a permanent basis. This role offers variety, technical challenge, and long‑term stability within a supportive working environment.

Pay: £18.00 per hour

Hours:

39 hours per week (Flexible working hours between 06:00 - 16:30)

Contract:

Permanent

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, working across a range of complex and high‑precision components.

• Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5‑axis CNC milling machines
• Working predominantly with HAAS controls
• Producing high‑quality, precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and first‑off inspections
• Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement within the machining process

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
• Strong online programming experience (offline training can be provided)
• Experience working with complex, high‑precision components
• Background in motor sport, aerospace, or Formula 1‑type components would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of parts from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset
