• Work closely with Account Executives, handling day-to-day tasks and providing dedicated, high-standard customer service to key clients.
• Compare insurance coverages and policy wording, and manage general administration tasks such as renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries.
• Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Previous experience in an insurance background.
• Committed to building strong client and insurer relationships.
