Service Engineer

t benefits is expanding its engineering team and is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to support customers across the UK and Ireland.

This is a varied, hands-on role working with new and refurbished injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment. The position combines workshop-based refurbishment with on-site commissioning, servicing, training, and technical support.

You will be responsible for:

• Commissioning new and refurbished injection moulding machines at customer sites

• Servicing, fault-finding, and repairing injection moulding machinery

• Commissioning and training on machines and beam robots (training provided)

• Refurbishing used machines in the Wellingborough workshop

• Providing customer technical support as required

Travel across the UK and Ireland is required approximately 2-3 days per week, with overnight stays.

• Proven experience with injection moulding machinery (essential)

• Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ancillary equipment is advantageous

• Flexible, customer-focused, and comfortable with regular travel

• Able to work independently and as part of an experienced engineering team
