Early Years Practitioner - Full Time

Location: Wellingborough

Start Date: January 2026

Hours: 9:45 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hours are flexible)

Pay: £14 - £17 per hour (depending on experience)

REED Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team from January 2026.

About the Role:

• Full-time position, 5 days per week
• Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to deliver high-quality care and learning

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification required
• Previous experience in an early years setting
• Passion for supporting young children's development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
