This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Caterpillar 963 Operator. The operator will be responsible for managing and operating a Caterpillar 963 tracked loader efficiently and safely on construction sites. Daily tasks will include excavation, grading, loading, material distribution, and site maintenance. The operator will work collaboratively with the site team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining equipment in optimal condition.

• Proven experience operating a Caterpillar 963 or similar tracked loader
• CSCS and CPCS certification is essential
• Understanding of site plans, grading specifications, and operational standards
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices on construction sites
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
• Flexibility to adapt to varying site conditions and project requirements
