Compensation: £34,402 - £35,025 / year
DetailsHours: 173 hours per month, working long shifts from 8am–11pm (including sleep-in nights). We are a 365-day-a-year service, with rotas provided well in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.
Pay: Competitive annual salary of £34,402 – £35,025, depending on qualifications (based on £13.45–£13.75 per hour and an average of 8 sleep-ins per month). There are also opportunities to pick up additional shifts and overtime at enhanced rates. (This pay rate is effective from 1st April 2026)
Essential Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence

The roleAbout Brick Lane
Brick Lane is a warm, three-bedroom children’s home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.
