Are you passionate about fitness and excited to motivate others? Orange theory Fitness (OTF) is hiring energetic Personal Trainers/Coaches to lead our science-backed group workouts and help clients reach their goals.

• Pay: $50–$55 per class (average, based on utilization)
• Free Workouts
• Fitness-Casual Attire
• If you have coached OTF in the past year: $300 bonus after 60 days

• Coach pre-designed group workouts (up to 36 clients)
• Motivate clients and create a positive, high-energy environment
• Ensure proper form and safety using heart-rate-based training
• Offer exercise modifications for all fitness levels

• Passion for fitness and motivating others
• Working knowledge of exercise science and technique
• Fitness certification‑ must have one of the following: NASM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA, ACE or ACSM
• 1+ year of group fitness or personal training experience
