We’re looking for a full‑time Merchandiser Assistant in the Boston Metro area who is energetic, a strong communicator, and ready to get moving rather than sitting behind a desk.

• Regularly travel to meet with the list of accounts in your territory to determine possible and/or scheduled merchandising needs
• Meet delivery trucks of customer accounts to assist in unloading product
• Stock shelves with received M.S. Walker products
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Place proper point‑of‑sale materials on merchandise items in‑store
• Originate display ideas or follow suggestions or schedule of the Merchandising Manager
• Construct or assemble prefabricated display properties from wood, fabric, glass, paper, and plastic
• Report to management regarding inventory levels, marketing and sales trends, and customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned

• Outstanding communication skills
• Motivation, independence, and eagerness to learn
• Strong decision‑making, customer service, and relationship‑management skills
• Experience with retail operations and visual displays preferred
• Knowledge of wine and spirits helpful
• Ability to lift and move product of up to 45 lbs regularly
• Minimum of high‑school diploma or GED

• Frequent driving within assigned territory required
