We’re looking for a full‑time Merchandiser Assistant in the Boston Metro area who is energetic, a strong communicator, and ready to get moving rather than sitting behind a desk.

Responsibilities- Regularly travel to meet with the list of accounts in your territory to determine possible and/or scheduled merchandising needs
- Meet delivery trucks of customer accounts to assist in unloading product
- Stock shelves with received M.S. Walker products
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Place proper point‑of‑sale materials on merchandise items in‑store
- Originate display ideas or follow suggestions or schedule of the Merchandising Manager
- Construct or assemble prefabricated display properties from wood, fabric, glass, paper, and plastic
- Report to management regarding inventory levels, marketing and sales trends, and customer feedback
- Other duties as assigned
- Outstanding communication skills
- Motivation, independence, and eagerness to learn
- Strong decision‑making, customer service, and relationship‑management skills
- Experience with retail operations and visual displays preferred
- Knowledge of wine and spirits helpful
- Ability to lift and move product of up to 45 lbs regularly
- Minimum of high‑school diploma or GED
- Frequent driving within assigned territory required
