Location - Wellesley Massachusetts – Hybrid 3 days on site / 2 remote

Salary Range 75,000 to 90,000 per year with Benefits

• Support the supply planning process as part of the company’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across supply chain locations to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Optimize sourcing and replenishment strategies to support working capital targets.
• Identify and manage excess or slow-moving inventory and implement strategies to prevent over-sourcing.
• Adjust inventory policies and planning parameters based on demand trends and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain demand planning models while aligning forecasts with Sales and other cross-functional teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy through ongoing analysis, collaboration, and enhancements to forecasting and planning tools.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply planning.
• Hands-on experience with demand planning and forecasting methodologies.
• Familiarity with forecasting models, inventory management models, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced Level Excel skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Experience in CPG and international supply chain environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including remote stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or similar).
