This is a full-time hybrid role (potentially 100% remote for exceptional candidate) for a Personal Lines Account Manager based out of our Wellesley, MA branch. The Person al Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling customer service inquiries, and providing personal insurance options. The role involves critical thinking in various scenarios including, remarketing, renewals, policy inquiries, billing questions, claims assistance and more.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• P&C license required
• Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Personal Insurance and general Insurance concepts
• Experience working with various insurance carriers
• Work well with Account Managers & Producers
• Round out accounts with existing clients
