Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant needed in Wellesley, Mass.

This is working in Internal Medicine, M-F 9-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Room patients and take vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure).

· Stock and maintain exam rooms to ensure they are clean and fully equipped.

· Assist with scheduling patient appointments.

· Manage patient messages and follow-up communications.

· Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

· Knowledge of basic clinical procedures, including taking vitals and performing EKGs.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and healthcare professionals.

· Experience with Epic or similar electronic health records system.

Certifications:

· Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) (preferred).

· Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (preferred).
