Administrative Assistant

Description Robert Half's client in Wellesley is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist an advisor in the financial planning space.

Key responsibilities include:

- Email triage

- Follow up emails / calls to clients

- Ability to read and write english at a high level

- Light calendar management

- Mail distribution weekly

_ Problem solving skills

- Ability to be personable while on the phone

Hours:

9a-5p M-F (1/2 hour paid lunch)

Pay rate; $18-$22 (based on experience)

- On-site for first 6-8 weeks with 1 day hybrid following (potentially) Requirements Administrative Assistance, Answering Inbound Calls, Administrative Office, Data Entry, Receptionist Duties, Analyze Financial Statements, Email Correspondence, Appropriate Grammar Talent Match®
