Are you a seasoned Radiology Technologist looking for a rewarding weekend role that offers independence and flexibility? We’re seeking a dedicated XR/CT Tech for an exciting opportunity in Weiser, Idaho, where you'll provide critical imaging services on a weekend-only schedule. This position is perfect for professionals who thrive working independently and want to make a difference in a community hospital setting.

In this role, you’ll work three 12-hour shifts every weekend—Friday through Sunday—from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The Friday shift involves collaboration with the team until 4 pm, then solo coverage until 8 pm. Saturday and Sunday are entirely solo shifts, so comfort working independently is essential. You will perform CT and XR procedures for diverse patient cases, including some trauma cases in a close-knit community environment.

The hospital ensures a thorough orientation with a radiology manager spending a few days with you before you’re on your own, and minimal call requirements make this a predictable, stable opportunity.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of radiologic technologist experience
• ARRT certification in CT
• Proven proficiency in XR and CT modalities
• Comfortable working independently without on-call responsibilities
• Strong attention to patient safety and image quality
• Ability to adapt to a community hospital environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in rural or community hospital settings
• Additional certifications related to radiology
• Ability to handle trauma imaging

Preferred Education and Experience

• ARRT registered in CT and Radiography
• Prior experience working solo in a hospital setting

Other Requirements

• BLS certification
• Must be comfortable working weekend-only shifts on a 3x12 schedule
• No on-call or callback required
• Travel accommodations or housing support are available if needed
