Overview
Part-Time Temporary Van Driver for TRIO Upward Bound
, to transport students for Saturday College Day and/or Summer Academy.
This is a grant funded position. TRIO Upward Bound van drivers are expected to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the Upward Bound participants while riding in the van.
Responsibilities- Transport students in grades 9-12 from select schools (Toronto, Steubenville, Buckeye Local, Edison, Indian Creek) during Saturday sessions and five-week long Summer Academy.
- Communicate and work effectively with students of varying abilities, and who may need encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Valid driver's license and van driver training, which will be provided.
- Position will be up to 15 hours per week, schedule typically between 7:30-9:30am and 3-6pm.
- Pay rate: $15-$18 per hour.
