Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced  Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Travel Registered Nurse  for a reputable long-term care facility in  Weirton, West Virginia . Key Responsibilities of the SNF RN:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
Perform thorough assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Support ADLs, care planning, and family communication
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the EMR system
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

Requirements:
Active West Virginia RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
BLS required
Minimum  2 years of recent SNF, LTC, or Rehab RN experience
Strong assessment and communication skills; experience with geriatric care preferred
