This position is located in a facility within 50 miles of the designated area.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ortho/General Surgical Unit. The nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients with various conditions, including post‑operative orthopedic surgeries and general surgical procedures. The nurse will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and care plans.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform procedures such as wound vac changes, blood transfusions, and PCA pump management.

• Current RN License in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in orthopedic and general surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to manage heparin drips per protocol.
