a three strike rule for any call offs will be implemented as follows:
after 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at weirton medical center's discretion.
traveler will be working with covid patients at times.
patient ratio: 1:6
dress code: traveler provided scrubs/navy blue
emr: sorian
level 4 trauma center
requirement description :
- work history
- skills checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 2 signed references from a supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
- license: must be uploaded with profile
- certificaitons: must be uploaded with profile or listed in profile that they curently have them
- bls (aha)
- west virginia
weekend requirements : every other weekend/ holidays required as needed
on call requirements : no call
