Production Operator; Quality Tester

Starting hourly rate $22.64 - $26.35 per hour

• Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a plant quality lab setting.
• Performance of various quality testing tasks in factory environment.
• Must be willing and able to learn testing duties from instruction and self study, including the ability to recognize and respond to test trends.
• Possess basic communication and problem solving skills.
• Recording of quality data and other results in the manner required.
• Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
• Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.

• Able to work in a manufacturing lab setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
• Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot lab testing equipment.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
• Possess ability to become proficient at performing tests and taking measurements as needed to verify product is within specifications.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
