Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program:
Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

• 24 months gap required between for Travel at Program:
Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program:
Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

Xray

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to function in all areas including General Xray, Portables, OR, & Fluoro.

Required Credentials:

• Licensing hits must be disclosed at time of submission. Client accepts hits of licenses.

• WV CARES required prior to start.

• References:
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Rotating all shifts, day, afternoon, and night. xrlwcon

• Every other weekend. Weekend shifts are 1230-11p.

• Holiday Requirements:
May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation

• Call or Standby requirement:
None

Floating Requirements: Will float between general department, fluoro, & OR.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
