CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time Phlebotomist or CMA (with WV Licensure, schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)
Qualifications:- Must be a Phlebotomist or CMA with WV Licensure, schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification.
- Venipuncture and lab processing experience preferred
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
- Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Operate a busy lab for multi provider facility. Maintaining standards, cleanliness and efficiency.
- Maintain proper inventory
- Support care teams as needed
