1.Typical Scrum Master role
2.Good to have wealth management domain knowledge and technical background
3.812 years of experience
4.Critical thinking and understanding of projects
5.Good 360 degree communication and coordination with multiple teams like CTOs, Business, clients IT leads and developers FTEs, vendors
6.Good on Word, PPT and Excel and documenting and summarizing MOMs and emails.
7.Good project management capability to keep tight control of deliverables and deadlines
