Business Risk - Access Management Data Information Security Access Control Specialist

Individual within this role will support the Data Management Team and will be responsible for executing day to day tasks supporting access management as well as cyber security controls (according to America’s time zone).

This role requires experience in analyzing data and the ability to create and maintain metrics, navigate through Access Management tools and procedures used by the organization and globally. This role requires interaction with individuals, within Business & Technology, at multiple levels of the organization

Responsibilities include

• Reviewing and assessing exceptions and risks for requests across multiple domains:
  Internet, Client Data, Critical and Sensitive business applications.
• Support day to day operations of Access Management, Cyber and Information Security, such as approving requests for entitlements, and reviewing CID elements for approval within the enterprise data warehouse
• Manage internet user access exceptions, which includes reviewing requests for appropriateness
• Navigate through Access Management tools, including enhancements and stability to reflect control updates, changes to business models and other findings
• Maintaining Share Drive and SharePoint site and operational materials for the initiatives
• Maintain project plan and schedule for third party entitlements. Ensure they are integrated and aligned to overall strategy. Reconcile access rights for third party entitlements
• Maintain various procedures and keep web pages current
• Oversee the process to create, modify and retire entitlements
• Provide support to the line managers, role owners and business application owners in managing user entitlement

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associate degree in a business or technology related field
• 4 + years overall experience in data analyst, DISO or similar function, including2+ years in access control management function for a Financial Services organization
• High degree of diligence - attention to detail and ability to follow through/ follow-up is critical
• Flexible self-starter who is also a team player. Exceptional ability to collaborate and openly communicate
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Proficient in Excel (basic formulas,pivot tables, etc.) & PowerPoint. Experience using and maintaining SharePoint sites
• Demonstrated experience delivering resultsin an ambiguous and changing environment, the abilityto work independently
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills,ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Knowledge of industry standard methodologies and tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for driving execution at a detail level when necessary while maintaining the ability to see the big picture.
