Role: Technical Test Lead - Guidewire Product Testing (Insurance domain)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Weehawken, NJ

Qualifications

• Basic
  • • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• Preferred
  • • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
  • • Experience with Insurance domain.
  • • At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
  • • End to End testing experience in Policy Center/Billing Center/Claims Center implementation projects
  • • Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them.
  • • Automation experience using Selenium
  • • Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
  • • Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
  • • Should have Strong leadership skills
  • • Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, Angular js etc.
    • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • • Analytical skills
  • • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
