Salary range: $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Responsibilities- Generate leads and close sales agreements.
- Process renewal payments and handle merchandise logistics.
- Maintain showroom floors and ensure a well‑presented environment.
- Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
- Set sales goals and support new business through marketing strategies.
- Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
- Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
- Leadership skills.
- Marketing aptitude.
- Desire to make a difference for our customers.
- Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada).
- HS diploma orως equivalent preferred.
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license and DOT certification required (U.S.).
- Flexible schedule; availability 8 ഡിर to 9 pm.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly.
