Salary range: $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and close sales agreements.
  • Process renewal payments and handle merchandise logistics.
  • Maintain showroom floors and ensure a well‑presented environment.
  • Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
  • Set sales goals and support new business through marketing strategies.
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
  • Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
Qualifications
  • Leadership skills.
  • Marketing aptitude.
  • Desire to make a difference for our customers.
  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada).
  • HS diploma orως equivalent preferred.
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
  • Valid state driver’s license and DOT certification required (U.S.).
  • Flexible schedule; availability 8 ഡിर to 9 pm.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly.
