Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors demonstrate their passion for Sales Floor Merchandising and Signage Standards, Inventory Management, back‑room operations, and customer service through actions and coaching. We’re looking for a collaborative and inclusive leader who will help customers while being part of a fun, team‑oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately.

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls:
  Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross‑Channel Returns, Reserve online pick‑up in store
• Execute all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeover
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Understand and utilize basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers
• Provide an inviting environment by maintaining a neat and clean store
• Perform front‑end responsibilities such as cashiering, returns, and online reservations
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as “Manager on Duty”
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• Clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations
• Experience managing/coaching a team and/or supervising others
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and multitask with limited supervision
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull materials up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, stand/walk continuously
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict resolution in a respectful, nonconfrontational manner
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Preferred: key holder experience within a retail environment
