Purpose
As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you will compile orders, replenish merchandise, and assist with moving stock within the store or to customers' vehicles. Your day will include checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating equipment like forklifts. Essential Job Functions

• Follow safety procedures and compliance
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Restock and organize merchandise for ease of shopping
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Warehouse and customer service experience
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Completion of forklift training through F&D
• Drug testing may be required where permitted by law

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
• Noise level is typically quiet to moderate

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 20-60 pounds
• Use hands and fingers for handling objects
• Stand, walk, reach, climb, and bend regularly

Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sun 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours:
Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sun 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
