Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager ensures that each customer visit results in a friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the GM in managing daily operations, including:

• Overseeing restaurant’s daily operations.
• Maintaining day‑to‑day financial controls.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team members.
• Coaching, counseling, and developing staff; managing team relations.
• Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensuring health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Setting the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high‑volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with all required documents for state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, results orientation, and customer‑service focus.
