Schedule:

Day shift, 1:1 patient ratio, on-call averaging 4–5 days per month with one weekend per month
Highlights:
3-room cardiovascular operating suite specializing in open heart and vascular procedures
Fast-paced surgical environment with a collaborative team of 26 RNs and Surgical Technologists
Case mix includes CABG, valve replacement, carotid endarterectomy, ECMO, angiograms, fistula procedures, and lower extremity bypass
EMR system:
Meditech
Day shift positions with skill-mixed staffing model (4 RNs and 4 STs daily)
Opportunity to float to main OR for additional experience
Requirements:
Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certification required
Operating room experience required
Open heart and vascular surgery experience required
Candidates with combined open heart and vascular experience will be prioritized
