Manage activities and functions of the Dairy Department to maximize sales and profits;
Give direction to clerks and oversee the presentation and sanitation standards of the Dairy Department;
Control inventory to recommended stock levels by using proper ordering techniques to maximize sales and minimize stock loss;
Recruit, hire and make promotion/transfer decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager;
Engage and evaluate team members through coaching, feedback, and one-on-one development discussions, and complete bi-annual performance reviews
